Position Available: Full-Time Talent Acquisition Officer
At Home Care is looking for a dedicated and passionate Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. This role is majorly based in Osborne Park, with occasional travel to our other office locations such as Mandurah and Bunbury every few months. The focus will be on supporting our paediatric and Southwest recruitment efforts. If you’re enthusiastic about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

This position plays a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-notch talent in WA.

Key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with Engagement Coordinators to understand staffing needs

Crafting engaging job adverts and promoting openings across various platforms

Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with enthusiasm and efficiency

Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external partners

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer, preferably with high volume experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for identifying top talent who will enrich and foster our amazing culture

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Use of specific systems such as Aurion and Litmos is desirable

Allied Health, Disability or Aged Care recruitment knowledge is desirable

Mandatory requirements

National Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
