Recruitment Officer
This new role with Intereach is designed for a creative and agile thinker with a proven track record in customising recruitment strategies to meet the diverse needs of our organisation. The recruitment officer is the key to our success in enhancing our employer brand, reducing time to hire, and building a robust talent pipeline.
The Recruitment Officer will play a critical role in promoting and implementing best practice methods of Recruitment and Selection, in order to attract the best possible applicants.

This is a full time position and can be located at any Intereach Office.

The Recruitment Officer is paid at a level 4.1 on the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award with an annual salary of $85,126.08 + super + salary packaging.
