Overview of Role:

• Deliver high-quality educational experiences in HSIE
• Foster a positive learning environment and promote a passion for HSIE
• Contribute to curriculum development and engage in professional development

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Support and assist each student in the classroom regardless of ability.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Follow assessment schedules as determined by the Head of Department
• Be part of the team to develop science Curriculum for the school
• Communicate and Collaborate with students, colleagues and parents
• Maintain accurate records
