About the role
The Senior Client Manager - Tax and Accounting is a pivotal role, leading the delivery of top-tier tax and accounting services to our ever-expanding portfolio of international clients. responsible for all aspects of the Tax and Accounting service delivery this role inspires and leads a team of professionals including accountants, bookkeepers and client success administrators.
From driving business development and client engagement to overseeing operational production, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement, this role is vital to the Tax and Accounting team's continued success. This is an outstanding opportunity to make an impact both commercially and on the careers of those in team. Responsibilities include:
Oversight of service delivery (inc. public practice tax, accounting and business advisory services) to a diverse portfolio of international clients
Business development and client relationship initiatives
Ensuring compliance with public practice regulations, standards and other requirements
Managing workflows and client satisfaction across the portfolio
Effective client engagement, ensuring communication is appropriate for the audience and maximises client value
Managing team performance through performance review/appraisal processes, formal and informal coaching, training and development activities
Supporting the business development team in identifying, pursuing and converting leads
Acting as the internal subject matter expert on all relevant tax and accounting matters
