Carry out tasks as directed by the Fabrication Leading hand and with adherence to work instructions including, cutting, blocking, ultra-sonic welding, general packing and other as required

Maintain the output rate according to established KPI and as directed by the Fabrication Leading hand

Create production records and ensure in-process inspection and testing is performed as per work instructions or as directed by Fabrication Leading hand

Identify and process non-conforming product in accordance with work procedures

Ensure that all Fabrication activities are performed in a safe manner and comply with Safety and Quality policies and procedures of the company

Participate in general housekeeping of work areas and cleaning of machinery between jobs

Communicate with Fabrication Leading hand about any matter impacting fulfillment of production schedules

Participate in maintenance of Fabrication equipment and tools as required

Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times

Assist in the regular assessment and improvement of the Quality System

Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports
