Could you be the Site Construction Manager in Dandenong we're looking for?
Alstom are seeking a Site Construction Manager to join one of the biggest manufacturing sites in Australia! This will initially be a 12-month fixed term contract through site transformation.
Your future role:
You'll specifically take care of managing several construction-based project scopes in parallel whilst ensuring EHS requirements are met and maintained throughout the works.
We'll look to you for:
- Work with the Industrial Development Manager and Site Projects Manager to deliver project required infrastructure.
- Ensuring contractor EHS systems and documentation is in place and being utilised for duration of works.
- Writing technical documents and work instructions.
- Ensuring construction site is setup and secured in accordance with agreed EHS plans at all times.
- Support site transformation to ensure the construction works are carried out in accordance with Alstom AZDP policies.

- Experience within construction/installation projects is required.
- Experience and knowledge of EHS systems and processes.
- Strong interpretation skills of technical drawings and construction specs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Projects.
- Experience preparing risk assessments is highly desirable.
- Tertiary education in construction, project management is preferred.
