About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Field Representative to oversee the Sutherland Shire & South Western Sydney region. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in foodservice distribution, particularly within QSRs, cafés, pubs, and restaurants.

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is motivated by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Business Development – Identify and secure new opportunities to grow market share.

Sales Strategy – Implement sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor industry trends and position products effectively.

Customer Support – Provide product training and solutions to meet client needs.

Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service and order fulfillment.

About You

Experience in foodservice distribution, ideally in QSR, café, pub, or restaurant sales.

Strong business development skills with a proven track record of securing new accounts.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a structured call schedule.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Full Australian driver’s license required.
