We're in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a motivated, customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of our Queensland Metro and Regional sales territory.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing:
Drive revenue growth across your assigned territory by building relationships with Independent Bike Dealers and multi-site retail groups.
Represent multiple premium cycling brands in-store, ensuring strong visibility and brand presence.
Plan and manage a regular call cycle, visiting current and potential retail partners face-to-face throughout the week.
Own your numbers – from forecasting to smashing your monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the wider Apollo sales and marketing teams to align territory strategies with broader company goals.
Attend special cycling events and industry expos (occasional interstate travel and after-hours work may be required).
🛠 What You Bring to the Ride:
Proven experience in an autonomous B2B sales role – you’re self-driven and results-focused.
Comfortable presenting and negotiating with a variety of business stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and a methodical, structured approach to sales.
High standard of customer service and interpersonal communication.
A natural “go-getter” attitude and competitive spirit.
A passion for cycling and industry knowledge is highly regarded!
