Your Role:

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including rostering, inventory, merchandising, and team supervision.

Lead and motivate nightfill and merchandising teams.

Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, ticketing, and signage standards.

Maintain stock levels, execute markdowns, and report pricing issues.

Assist with new product launches, sales setups, and feature displays.

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a joyful in-store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Retail experience, preferably in toys, with leadership skills.

Availability to work a fixed schedule (Sunday to Thursday) and flexible hours as needed.
