About the business

Our very well-known and respected family business has been operating for over 45 years within the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Area as a market leader within both sales and property management.
With a growing team, and a large rent roll, we are on the search to take things up a notch by bringing on another Property Manager to run a clean portfolio with admin and accounts help.

This role offers you freedom in managing a high quality, clean portfolio of rental properties with the assistance of a great support team.

About the role

Full management of a high end residential portfolio of no more than 130 properties starting with a small portfolio

Service and build strong and long-lasting client relationships

Liaising with Landlords and Tenants

Entry and Exit reports

Routine Inspections

Arrears Management

Accounts Management

Utilising multiple computer software's including Property Me

Reporting to the Licensee's and Property Management Team Leader

Tribunal preparation & attendance

Skills and experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate

The Ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience as a Property Manager

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

Current Driver’s License

Experience using Property Me

Proficient knowledge of the NSW legislation

Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills

Passion for the industry

Local area knowledge of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
