We’re partnering with a client seeking an experienced Finance Systems SME and also a Project Manager to support the ongoing administration, upgrade, and migration of their TechnologyOne financial platform.
This is a hands-on role that blends technical system expertise with project delivery leadership — perfect for someone who understands the TechnologyOne ecosystem and has delivered financial system change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the TechnologyOne financial system, including account management, report development (including XL One), and system support.
• Lead and support the migration from Ci to CiA, working closely with vendors, ICT, and finance stakeholders.
• Oversee system upgrades and manage testing processes in collaboration with technical teams.
• Drive financial reporting automation and redesign processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain backend data tables and support business needs such as resource charge models.
• Manage project governance, procurement, test planning, and vendor coordination.
• Uplift financial system capability across the team and maintain documentation including procedures and Knowledge Base content.

About You:

• Strong experience with TechnologyOne (Ci and CiA), including administration, support, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting TechnologyOne migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of financial domains such as Source to Pay or Procure to Pay.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills including governance, vendor, and testing coordination.
