Looking to pick up extra shifts or get your foot in the door with a busy and well-established factory in Geebung? We’re on the lookout for on-call Factory Hands to join a dynamic manufacturing team. Starting with 1–2 shifts per week, with the potential for more, this is perfect for anyone who’s flexible and ready to jump in when needed.

Shifts rotate weekly across day, afternoon, and night rosters, so flexibility is key!

Shift Times:

Day: 6am – 2pm

Afternoon: 2pm – 10pm

Night: 10pm – 6am

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with the operation of machinery

Monitoring production lines to ensure smooth and efficient output

Inspecting products to maintain quality standards

Labelling and palletising goods for dispatch

Handling raw materials and ensuring they’re stored correctly

Working safely and efficiently as part of a production team

We’re Looking For:

Flexibility to be available at short notice

Someone fit, healthy, and okay with repetitive work

High attention to detail and safety-focused

Punctuality is a must

Reliable and team-oriented

Pay Rates:

Day: $30.13 / hr

Afternoon/Night: $34.65 / hr
