About the role

Asap Transport (aust) pty ltd is seeking an experienced HC (Heavy Combination) Driver to join our team in Belfield, NSW. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in our road transport operations, delivering goods. As an HC Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of various cargo in accordance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating HC vehicles to transport goods and materials to designated locations

Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy

Adhering to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies

Maintaining detailed logs of driving activities and hours of service

Securing loads to prevent damage or loss during transit

Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients

Assisting with loading and unloading activities as needed

What we're looking for

A valid HC driver's licence with a clean driving record

3+ years of experience as an HC Driver in the road transport industry

Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
