About the role

Winpart Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Combination (HC) Driver to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across regional and interstate destinations.

The current position is for a Night shift run 5 days per week Monday to Friday, starting at 7.00pm and finishing around 3.00am. Shift allowances are included in the advertised pay rate, with overtime shifts also available. The position will involve driving new Volvo automatic trucks, with the availability of overtime if required. Immediate start preferred, but not essential.

What you'll be doing

Operating heavy vehicles such as semi-trailers in a safe and professional manner

Loading and unloading vehicles, securing loads and completing required documentation

Adhering to all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies

Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles

Providing excellent customer service and on-time deliveries

Communicating regularly with dispatch and fleet management teams

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a HC-licensed driver in the road transport industry

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices

Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

Effective communication and customer service skills

A current HC driver's licence and a clean driving record
