About the role

As a Car Sales Man at QLD Carmarket', you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales of used vehicles. This full-time role is based in Ipswich QLD 4305 and will involve interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them to the best vehicle for their requirements.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers to the showroom in a friendly and professional manner

Actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored recommendations on vehicle options

Demonstrating vehicles and highlighting key features to generate customer interest

Negotiating prices and closing sales while providing an excellent customer service experience

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Supporting inventory management and ensuring showroom displays are kept organised and tidy

Participating in sales training and development opportunities to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing skills to convert enquiries into sales

A driven, target-oriented mindset with the determination to exceed sales goals

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

A valid driver's licence plus sales licence and a passion for the automotive industry
