About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join their business on the Northside of Brisbane in a key Sales Manager role. As head of sales you will open key relationships with award winning residential builders creating long lasting partnerships and continued business!

Responsibilities will include:

Management of key residential builder accounts

Management of retail showroom and showroom staff

Attending builder events and functions

Reviewing estimating and scopes of works

Securing new contracts and account management

Manage escalated issues and client account requests

Attend site meetings when required

What we are looking for:

Sales background within the building industry

Experience servicing residential builders highly regarded, commercial builder experience also acceptable

Experience with showerscreens or wardrobes advantageous but not essential

A passion for what you do and service orientated

Happy to be in a hands on head of sales position

Good business acumen

Pro active and self motivated
