In this role, you will:
• Work as part of the team to deliver operational services relating to Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables, including vendor, customer, and purchase order management.
• Contribute to banking activities, with a sharp focus on daily cash flow forecasting.
• Take charge of preparing correspondence, reconciliations, journals, and reports using applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Undertake tracking and reviewing responsibilities to guarantee financial data integrity and comply with internal control requirements, legislation, and department policies.
• Help identify issues and solutions, as well as opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide accurate and timely information/advice to stakeholders.
What experience you will bring:
• Good understanding of operational processes and procedures to effectively provide financial operational services.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in SAP and/or other finance systems and other applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
• High accuracy data entry typing skills.
• High-level of integrity, ethics and probity.
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded. Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking teams is highly desirable.
