Booby Tape & Bianca and Bridgett are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer.

Bianca and Bridgett were Melbourne Celebrity Fashion Stylists who live and breathe fashion. Bianca and Bridgett the label was born after 7 years of styling many clients finding a demand for their style of clothing. The girls wanted to create a label that could dress their celebrity clientele and was affordable for all.

The Role
Being online businesses, the Design & Marketing team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered in the best possible light. We are on the hunt for a fashion forward, stylish and tech savvy Graphic Designer to create content and keep it innovative and fresh.

It is a fast paced environment and our businesses are growing quickly so there is potential to progress. You will experience our stunning, brand new HQ and work in an office that is fun and social - however, everyone is hardworking and gets the job done!

The ideal candidate:

Experience using Shopify is desired

Degree qualified in Graphic Design - ideally Marketing, Communications or similar.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer.

Competent in all Adobe Suite programs such as: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Sound understanding of social, print and digital media - creating statics, reels and stories for our socials!

Knowledge of bleeds, trims, crop marks and correct set up of final artwork for print

Strong photo retouching and video editing skills.

Experience with packaging design and constructing mock ups.

Has strong attention to detail.

Has a strong sense of fashion and style.

Great time management skills and highly organised

Has a driver's licence

Exceptional English

What your duties will involve:

Updating and managing the website aesthetic and content.

Curating content and managing daily posts for social media.

Developing and creating new marketing campaigns.

Creating weekly EDMs

Packaging Design

Correctly setting up artwork for print and co-ordinating with printers

Updating existing and creating new packaging designs in line with the brand

Creating artwork for business events

Creating look books

What would be advantageous to your application however not mandatory:

Experience using Mailchimp and Klaviyo.

Knowledge of GS1 barcode sizing requirements and testing.
