Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines inventory management with front-of-house responsibilities, playing a crucial part in our operation's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing and inventory control systems
Handle reception duties and phone inquiries
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
Bookkeeping, data entry and reconciliation
Monitor and chase credit issues
Assist in maintaining supplier relationships
Support the end-to-end build process through administrative coordination
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in inventory control and management
Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Experience in credit control and account management
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Automotive industry experience (preferred)
