About the role

As a Roof Plumber at Nupoint Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality roof plumbing services to mostly residential and commercial insurance customers in the Perth area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with an established and respected company in the trades and services industry, specifically in the roof plumbing industry.

What you'll be doing

Inspect, install, maintain, and repair roof plumbing systems, including downpipes, gutters, and associated fixtures

Working on impact, storm.and fire damaged roofs. This is very rewarding.

Troubleshoot and diagnose roof plumbing issues, providing efficient and effective solutions

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to your work

Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in plumbing, such as a Certificate III in Plumbing but not necessary. Experience is key.

Substantial experience as a roof plumber, with a strong understanding of roof plumbing systems and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve plumbing issues

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Commitment to safety and a track record of working safely on residential and commercial sites

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
