Crew leader/Landscape gardener / Horticulturist / Nurseryman

Due to expediential growth and business success our family owned company, Elegant Landscaping & Design. We are looking for passionate, meticulous, physically fit people with industry experience who have a good eye for detail and love the great outdoors.

Your position would involve running/ working in a small crew of euthanistic likeminded horticulturalists in range of urban environments including lake & harbour side, roof & high rise, strata and private gardens.

Your experience and knowledge of plants, pruning and soil are needed to create beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces.

You will need to be able to delegate, direct, guide and support team members with the ability to keep on task in given time frames, be able to work alone and be a team player.

Our work base is in Charlestown, Newcastle however getting out and about to various sites will be a part of your varied work day.
