About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide support to individuals living with a disability. This includes assistance with daily living, community participation, transport, skill development and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respectful and compassionate personal care

Support clients in achieving their goals and building independence

Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene

Facilitate social and community engagement

Work collaboratively with families and allied health professionals

Maintain accurate records and progress notes

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for helping others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Essential Requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (if applicable)

Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or similar) preferred but not essential
