Reports To: NDIS Operations Manager / NDIS Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated SIL Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Cabramatta.

About the Role

As a SIL Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the smooth running of the home, supporting participants with person-centered care, and leading a team of passionate support workers. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our home remains a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment that aligns with NDIS standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the SIL home

Lead and support a team of care workers

Ensure person-centred care for all participants

Maintain compliance with NDIS standards

Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

What You’ll Need:

Cert IV/Diploma in Individual Support or Nursing (Mandatory)

2–3 years’ experience in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services

Leadership/supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of NDIS & SIL requirements

First Aid, CPR, Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Check

Medication/Insulin administration experience

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Organisational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

High attention to detail in reporting and documentation

A warm, empathetic, and person-centered mindset

Understanding of mental health and complex care needs
