Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and manufacturing of production batches in accordance with established procedures and protocols, including forklift operation where required
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, ingredient handling, and mixing processes for batch preparation
• Prepare and label samples for microbiological analysis, ensuring proper documentation and traceability
• Perform regular cleaning and sterilisation of laboratory equipment, instruments, and workspaces to maintain a safe and sterile environment
• Assist with the preparation of media, reagents, and other necessary supplies for microbiological testing
• Accurately document all laboratory procedures, activities, and results in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (Minimum)
• Sound knowledge of microbiological processes and laboratory safety
• Forklift Licence or willing to obtain this
• Ability to lift and carry laboratory supplies and equipment (up to 20kg)
• Commitment to adhering to quality and safety policies
