About the Role

You'll support the commercial management of high-end construction projects, handling the contract administration for the shared spaces that define the resort lifestyle. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety and detailed project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, manage, and review subcontractor and supplier contracts

Track budgets, variations, progress claims, and cost reporting

Work closely with project managers, estimators, and site teams

Ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records

Proven experience in contract administration within commercial or residential construction

Strong understanding of construction contracts and project workflows

Excellent communication and organisational skills
