We have a Casual Health and Fitness Sales Representative position at our Keysborough branch available to the right candidate.

Your roles would include:

Helping customers choose the right equipment.

Assisting with all enquiries (online and on the phone).

Preparation and submission of quotes.

Rapport building and customer service.

Administrative duties.

Visual Merchandising.

Arranging Warehouse stock.

Receiving orders.

General Logistics.

Utilising inventory management software.

Local customer deliveries.

Attributes we are looking for include:

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Fitness Equipment, e.g. Has been to the gym before.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously & Adaptive to learning new skills.

Previous experience in customer service and sales (retail) is required. By sales, we mean instore over the phone any role you have done before where it involved selling goods and services to customers.

Forklift Certification. (Desirable but not essential).

Have previous warehouse experience. (Desirable but not essential).

Drivers Licence (Manual preferred but not essential)

The final and most crucial skill we desire is a positive attitude, you can teach skills but you can’t teach attitude.
