JAWA Offroad Campers is a proud family-owned and locally run business, building award-winning offroad Campers & Caravans.
Located in our purpose-built dealership in Bells Creek (Caloundra), we’re on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper for a 9 month maternity leave contract; with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the contract.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Must be organised, have exceptional numerical and communication skills and have attention to detail.
This position will be Data Entry heavy with Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks as required.
Good understanding of GST Implications
Accounts experience in manufacturing industry/inventory programs will be highly regarded.
Assist other team members with general administration tasks as required.
Must have a sound level of Bookkeeping skills and accounts initiative.
Tech-savvy
Experience with Eclipse Software-HIGHLY REGARDED
Tasks & responsibilities
General bookkeeping using Ultimate Business System's Eclipse software
Accurate Data Entry
Assisting with processing of Accounts Payable/Receivable weekly & monthly
Weekly Payroll
Conducting bank reconciliations
Reconciliation of Credit Cards
Both digital and manual filing
