About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Hold a current registration as a Social Worker with AASW membership, Rehabilitation Counsellor with ASORC membership, fully registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Registered Nurse.
• Enjoy autonomous work and making evidence-based decisions independently.
• Thrive in an experienced and supportive workplace structure that guides your career and growth.
• Are motivated, energetic, positive, and eager to learn and contribute to the team's and workers' wellbeing.
• Possess strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Are confident communicators with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have prior occupational rehabilitation experience (desirable but not essential; comprehensive training provided).
• Hold a current driver's license.

As Rehabilitation Consultant your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting Vocational Assessments and Counselling, including assisting clients in exploring retraining options.
• Managing cases of Physical and/or Psychological Injury Claims.
• Performing Labour Market Analysis and providing Job Seeking Education.
• Facilitating Mental Health Training sessions.
• Leading Medical Case Conferences with doctors and treating health professionals.
• Conducting Workplace Assessments (Psychological).
• Providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling.
• Delivering Return to Work case management services to support injured workers in returning to their pre-injury role or to a suitable role with a new employer.
