As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. If you have a love for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and at least four years of experience fine dining environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and staff performance.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, providing solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Ensure restaurant compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Help manage inventory, including ordering and stock management, ensuring no shortages or wastage.

Monitor labor costs and ensure that staffing levels meet the needs of the restaurant.

Maintain the restaurant's ambiance, ensuring it meets the brand’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience.

Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering teamwork among staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a steakhouse restaurant.

Proven experience in staff management, training, and team building.

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial management.
