About the role

Snowy River Caravans Toowoomba is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Salesperson to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in our Toowoomba, Queensland showroom, where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality caravans and accessories.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions

Demonstrating and showcasing our range of caravans, RVs and accessories to potential buyers

Closing sales and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry through to delivery

Maintaining detailed sales records and reporting on key performance metrics

Participating in sales training and team meetings to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills

Supporting marketing initiatives and events to promote our brand and products

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the caravan, RV or automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the capacity to learn about new models and features

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service

A passion for the caravan lifestyle and a desire to share your enthusiasm with customers

A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate caravans and RVs
