About Us
AQA was established in 1987 by a group of people with quadriplegia who saw a need for improved access to information, support, and employment opportunities for people living with spinal cord injury.
Today, AQA is a vibrant and diverse community. We support each other to live full and enriching lives by sharing our knowledge and lived experience of a range of complex physical disabilities, through our services, our resources, and our relationships.
The Opportunity
As a Support Coordinator with AQA, you will support people with disabilities to navigate service systems, explore support options, and achieve their goals.
Your work will reflect AQA’s values of integrity, trust, respect and excellence, and will be guided by our Service Partnership model - an approach that centres collaboration, empowerment, and transparency.
You’ll work within a supportive team, drawing on the knowledge and experience of peers and professionals alike. Lived experience is central to the work we do, and you’ll be part of a community that builds capacity through partnership and shared learning.
