As the Director of People and Capability (Chief People Officer) you will have autonomy to lead the People and Capability section to deliver high quality human resource services, including strategic and operational advice and activities across the ARC.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, Corporate and Enabling Services you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the section while delivering on the agency's corporate agenda.
You will be experienced and contemporary leader, who will thrive in an evolving dynamic environment, where there are opportunities to directly influence and drive transformational change. Working collaboratively with your team and peers, embracing innovative approaches to deliver results, with the ability to manage and motivate employees to build high performing teams and develop broader organisational capability. You cultivate trust and respect, underpinned by sound judgement, professionalism and strong relationships. You will be resilient and flexible to a changing work environment and committed to achieving high quality outcomes.
