Ready for a role where you can build your CTP expertise and be backed by a team that prioritises support and balance? We're seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join an innovative team in Sydney as a Rehabilitation Consultant with a focus on CTP clients.

As a Rehab Consultant in the CTP (Compulsory Third Party) space, you support people recovering from motor vehicle accidents, helping them return to work, study, or daily life. You'll assess needs, build rehab plans, write reports, and liaise with insurers, doctors, and other stakeholders.

Job Duties consist of:

• Manage CTP rehabilitation cases for clients with physical and/or psychological injuries
• Conduct needs assessments and develop recovery and return-to-work plans
• Liaise with case managers, insurers, medical providers, and legal reps
• Provide written reports with evidence-based recommendations
• Attend stakeholder meetings and case conferences
• Maintain accurate case notes and meet reporting deadlines

What You'll Need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in occupational rehab or CTP case management
• Solid understanding of the CTP framework and stakeholder needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting
• Driver's licence and own vehicle (with travel reimbursement)
