About the Roles:

🧑‍⚕️ Associate / Junior Physiotherapist

Perfect if you’re early in your career and want to grow in a supportive, structured environment.

You bring:

A physiotherapy qualification + AHPRA registration

Drive, curiosity, and a readiness to learn

Interest in Clinical Pilates, strength & conditioning, or dry needling

Willingness to jump in, care deeply, and develop your clinical reasoning

🧠 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Ideal for experienced physios ready to take the next step or progress their careers into leadership, mentorship, and clinical innovation.

You bring:

Postgrad training or advanced skills in MSK, pain science, or related areas

A passion for mentoring, team development, and shaping future health care

Confidence to lead clinical streams in chronic pain, movement rehab, and performance

A desire to bring your senior experience to a specialised caseload, and continue to elevate physiotherapy within private practice

Strong hands-on manual therapy skills, paired with clinical reasoning and client-centred care

Curiosity, initiative, and a deep respect for evidence-based practice

💆 Remedial Massage Therapist

At MOVE, you’ll be more than just a massage therapist—you’re a key part of our multidisciplinary team.
Only apply for this job if you have remedial massage provider numbers and are looking to learn and be an integral part of an MDT.

This position is idea for junior clinicians or student physio/ osteo/ clinical myo looking for structured support while they are studying.

What that means:

Work closely with physios and EPs to support shared clients

Build a full caseload of engaged, movement-focused clients

Treat in a calm, well-equipped space with full admin support

Access to mentoring by senior physios and development of clinical reasoning

Support clients with injuries, pain, fatigue, chronic conditions

Be part of a team that values hands-on care and movement equally
