Due to significant growth & ongoing client demand, Maxwell Recruitment & Training require a qualified and experienced Full Time Trainer & Assessor.

We have an outstanding training facility, great systems and an experienced team of professionals. We're also moving into our new facility in October 2025.

We require a Trainer with relevant industry experience and currency, specifically training our Confined Space Entry, Standby and Rescue as well as Work Safely at Heights & more.

The ideal candiate is someone who likes to deliver our training on our clients sites. We pay a site allowance and cover all travel & accomodation expenses if overnight is required.

To maintain currency we also routinely place our trainers into to heights, confined space and first aid sentry roles within industry.

Requirements of this role include:

TAE40116 / TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)

Relevant and current industry experience needed

A current National Police Check

Completion of a pre-employment medical

Ability to work on site with some remote training included

Suitable industry qualifications at or above that being trained & assessed. In some cases we will be able to train applicants in the exact above units if needed.
