Mother Duck was established in 1990 and is a leading provider with 10 centres positioned across Brisbane, each one lead by local owner-operators who are qualified and experienced in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Casual positions are available at our Enoggera service.

· Assistant Educators (Certificate III qualified or working towards Certificate III).

· Unqualified applicants looking to commence work in Childcare with traineeships available.

Mother Duck has its very own Enterprise Agreement which includes these terms:

Above Award wages for all employees

18.5% for Qualified Educators

16.5% for Educators Working Towards Qualification

30% for 4 Year Qualified Early Childhood Teachers

(Note: current above award wages are inclusive of the ECEC Worker Retention Payment, which is 10% of the relevant award).

Reimbursement for First Aid and CPR training

Reimbursement for Blue Card

Payment for attendance at mandatory staff meetings and training

3 hours minimum non-contact time per week for relevant roles

$50 shoe allowance per year
