About the role

Urban Republic is seeking a Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our fast-paced distribution centre in Campbellfield, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed and dispatched to our customers across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Picked and packed customer orders from warehouse stock efficiently

Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged for safe delivery

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all dispatch activities

Assisting with the receiving and storage of incoming inventory

Supporting the wider warehouse team with other operational tasks as required

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Good time management skills and the capacity to work efficiently to meet deadlines
