National Cold Logistics is a family-owned logistics and warehouse company based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile employee who can fit with our growing business. The role will see you primarily working in a fast-paced environment within our distribution warehouse, performing forklift operations and manual picking and packing of our wholesale and retail orders. We are looking for a physically fit and energetic person to work with our wonderful team.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders

Repetitive manual handling (up to 25kg)

Working quickly and accurately to complete tasks and meet deadlines

Inspecting and sorting products

Maintaining high attention to detail

Being personally accountable, highly organized, proactive, and decisive

Following OH&S procedures at all times

Requirements:

Forklift license (Essential)

Experience in picking and packing orders (advantageous)

Experience using QAD inventory systems (advantageous)

High-level physical fitness, agility, and stamina

Good mathematical competence

Demonstrated experience in manual picking and packing in a high-paced environment

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25kg)

Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution warehouses

Ability to work in a small team, be a team player, and lead by example

Must be honest and reliable

No current physical or health issues that would prevent manual handling or frequent lifting (up to 25kg)
