The Role:

As the Business Manager for this restaurant in Pacific Fair, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Key responsibilities include staff rostering using Tanda, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will drive the store’s financial performance by reviewing sales and optimising costs while continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency. Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in hospitality or retail management, ideally in fast-paced environments
