Rise is looking for experienced recovery/support workers for our outreach programs. In this role, you will walk alongside clients on their recovery journey, delivering a community-based, person-centred service, grounded in a recovery model. You will collaborate with adult mental health services to respond manage crises, while keeping everyone updated with regular reports on clients' progress, achievements, and any concerns.
Additionally, we have a vacancy in our housing stimulus 25 (HS25) program providing both tenancy and psychosocial recovery supports to people experiencing persistent mental health issues, across 25 properties located in and around Clarkson, Butler and Ellenbrook.
These positions are full-time, with permanent and fixed-term contracts available (hours between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). You will be based within the Community (North/East Metro) and our Helen’s Place Office in Middle Swan. Once up-to-speed and approved (by our work health & safety team) you may enjoy work-from-home hybrid flexibility.

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:
Minimum one year working within the mental health sector (post-study)
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with complex mental health needs such as AOD, family domestic violence and homelessness
Familiarity with goal setting, risk management and safety planning.
Top-notch communication skills to adapt your style and engage with families, advocates and others as required
Sound knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender and social inclusion.
Driving licence and ability to use own vehicle for work purposes including client transport (some access to Rise fleet vehicles may be available)

Appointments to this position will be subject to a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
