With a strong community presence across Western Sydney, they are now seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to take a leading role in delivering high-impact, person-centred therapy to NDIS participants.

What’s On Offer:
Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver NDIS-focused OT services to clients across a broad age range (paediatric to adult), primarily in the community.
Complete functional capacity assessments, home modifications, equipment prescriptions, and therapy intervention.
Support clients to build independence in everyday activities – from mobility and personal care to social participation and housing.
Mentor junior therapists and contribute to service development.
Manage your own schedule, with autonomy over how you work your day.
What You’ll Need:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Experience in the NDIS space (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (community-based travel required)
A genuine commitment to building capacity and improving lives
