About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a full-time Workshop Technician who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and has a passion for tinkering. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of carpet cleaning and restoration equipment. This is a dynamic, workshop-based role where your skills will directly contribute to the performance of the equipment our customers rely on every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing carpet cleaning machines, dehumidifiers, air movers, and related restoration equipment

Performing fault-finding, diagnostics, and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting

Assembling and testing equipment before dispatch

Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment

Collaborating with customer to see they get the most from their equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for hands-on technical work.

Previous experience in a workshop, technician, or service/repair role.

Ability to interpret manuals and technical documentation.

A positive, team-oriented attitude with solid communication skills.

Good time management and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Desirable (but not essential):

Refrigerant handling licence (e.g., ARCtick)
