Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate client invoices; resolve any billing discrepancies.
Payment Processing: Record and apply incoming payments; reconcile AR ledger.
Collections: Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
Escalations: Identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases to management or external agencies.
Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment or billing issues in coordination with internal teams.
Reporting: Generate AR aging reports and support forecasting and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and good organizational habits.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of credit and collection practices is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in collections, customer service, or administrative roles will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in Account Receivables
Experience working with Xero (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Experience in the digital marketing/SAAS industry (desirable)
