Our service team is the envy of our market, with our focus on knowledge, training and staff retention. Due to continued growth, we require the services of a Service Technician for our Sydney location.
Our Service Department provides installation and on site services for commercial and industrial ware washing machines and water purification equipment. You will be supported by extensive in-house technical knowledge and an established team environment. Training is a crucial part of our program to ensure you have the skill set necessary to be a success.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Breakdown service and fault finding
• Programmed maintenance
• Machine programming and start-up
• Installation
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Industrial / mechanical background

Certificate III in Appliance Service or equivalent qualification

Restricted electrical license - Disconnect / Reconnect
• Previous service and maintenance experience with industrial plant or equipment or mechanical qualification (at least 2 years experience)
• Flexibility
• Motivated and able to self - manage
• Ability to travel at short notice
• Strong customer focus
• Computer literate

Salary Range: $70,000 to $900,000 per annum plus superannuation (overtime also available) – Depending on experience.
