Padua College is an independent Catholic boys' day school for Years 5-12, conducted by the Franciscan Friars, with an enrolment of over 1,500 students.

We are seeking an Industrial Skills Secondary Teacher with a primary focus on furnishing and construction. This is a full-time role, on a permanent/ongoing contract, that will commence as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
Promote the mission and ethos of the College through active classroom participation and by modelling appropriate standards of behaviour.
Maintain a positive and effective learning environment through well-prepared and varied lessons that cater to a range of student abilities and interests.
Set a challenging and realistic programme of student homework.
Provide prompt and thorough feedback on student work submitted for marking and supervision.

Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
Current Queensland Teacher Registration or provisional registration.
Accreditation to teach in a Catholic School.
