Looking to further advance your hospital experience? We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a leading regional health service for a 6-8 week contract. This role offers broad clinical exposure across inpatient and outpatient wards, working alongside an experienced and supportive pharmacy team.

About The Role:

• Provide high-quality clinical services, medication reviews, and patient care across inpatient wards
• Collaborate with a supportive team of 10 pharmacists, reporting to the Director of Pharmacy
• Conduct medication reconciliation, discharge counselling, and contribute to safe patient transitions
• Be supported by the pharmacy technician team for dispensing, compounding, and medication distribution
• Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary care planning where required

• The largest major referral hospital it's region, located only a 3 hour drive from Melbourne
• Regular V/Line train and bus services and all essentials like Coles, Woolworths, and local cafés right in the town centre.
• Spend weekends exploring all to offer across the region like markets, hiking spots, renowned wineries and plenty on offer in the arts and culture space.

About You:

• Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Prior Australian hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
• Full Australian working rights
