JPS has partnered with an established commercial builder based in Brisbane who is entering an exciting new chapter of growth. With over 30 years of experience across a wide range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial, government, and education they’re now expanding into the builder-developer space, focusing on multi-residential projects delivered end-to-end.
With a strong project pipeline already in motion, they are seeking a driven Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in delivering high-quality new builds with your first project either being a large-scale industrial warehouse in South Brisbane or a mix-used facility in North Brisbane.

The Role:

You'll lead exciting and varied projects from inception to completion, supported by an experienced team and strong systems in place to ensure you excel in your role. This position involves full client and stakeholder engagement, management of construction programs to meet timelines and budget expectations whilst ensuring all safety and compliance standard are being met when driving site performance.

About You:

We are seeking candidates who are confident in leading, engaging and mentoring a strong team. You have:

• Proven experience delivering industrial, commercial, or multi-residential builds (ideally $20M+)
• Strong leadership skills and have a genuine interest in being part of a growing business.
• Prior experience with a main contractor
