About the role

Parcsafe Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service / Security Technician to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of vehicle access counting and control systems across various client sites. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, this position plays a vital role in ensuring our client assets are secured and they maintain control of their carparks.

What you'll be doing

Install, configure, and test a range of car counting and control systems and equipment, including boom gates, traffic signals, license plate recognition cameras and parking guidance.

Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of installed systems to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner

Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients as needed

Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Collaborate with the wider Parcsafe team to enhance our service offerings and identify areas for improvement.

What we're looking for

Relevant technical qualifications in security, electronics, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical or electronic access systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards
