Our achievement：

Since 2009, First Education has been involving in the profound cultivation of Year K-12 educational tutoring field for more than ten years long. Along the way, First Education has helped over 7000 VCE students to be admitted by their ideal university.

From 2016 to 2024, every year in First Education there were over 40% students that achieved outstanding ATARs of 97.00+. On top of this, First Education has also cultivated VCE top scorers that achieved an ATAR of 99.95 for eight years in a row.

K-6 English Tutor Job content:

Responsible for teaching K-6 English online/offline.

Actively prepare lessons, complete teaching in a rigorous and lively manner, and impart knowledge to students in a lively and emotional way.

Responsible for communicating with parents and learning coordinators, collecting feedback from students and parents, and making corresponding lecture and course adjustments.

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with students and parents.

Participate in the review, improvement, and development of teaching materials.

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

K-6 English Tutor Job requirements:

Native-like English pronunciation and excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to teach entirely in English. Chinese language skills are highly regarded.

Strong foundation in teaching English writing. Able to design and adjust lesson content according to students’ levels and learning needs.

Holds a valid Working with Children Check (Employee type) or VIT registration.

Strong collaboration and organizational skills; willing to learn on the job and actively contribute to the team.

Responsible and reliable, with a good understanding of task importance and urgency.

Passionate about education, caring toward students, and able to deliver engaging, lively, and well-paced lessons.

Willing to work closely with the school’s scheduling needs and available to teach on weekends.

Y7-Y12 English Tutor Job content:

Responsible for teaching English to students in Years 7–12, with a focus on VCE English or EAL for Year 11–12 students.

Must have prior teaching or tutoring experience in VCE English or EAL.

Prepare, develop, and continuously improve teaching resources for the subject taught, ensuring alignment with the latest VCE study design and assessment requirements.

Adapt course materials and teaching content based on students’ progress and learning abilities, following the First Education methodology.

Teach in a lively, engaging, and student-centered manner; foster students' confidence, motivation, and academic growth.

Communicate with students, parents, and learning coordinators to provide feedback and address academic needs; maintain strong and positive relationships.

Have a strong sense of responsibility for their work and understand the importance and urgency of their tasks.

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Y7-Y12 English Tutor Job requirements:

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred; must be able to teach entirely in English.

Must have experience with VCE English or EAL—either as a high-performing student (ATAR and raw scores) or with proven teaching experience. （Applicants must attach their VCE English/EAL scores or other English-related academic transcripts in the resume.）

Have working with children check (type: employee).

Have strong co-operation and organization skills, willing to learn during the work and actively share their insights with team members.

Responsible, meticulous, diligent, able to check the work in time and find problems.

Proficiency in text editing software (Office word).

Have an undergraduate or post-graduate degree

The lessons must be well prepared, with ideas conveyed clearly.
