The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer (around 3 years plus to 8 year pae) with specialist employment law expertise to advise local and international employer clients on such matters that include employment, industrial relations, discrimination and equal opportunity, work health and safety, crisis management, incident response, board and executive matters and workplace training.

You will work with and learn from multiple partners, have client responsibility and autonomy.

This role offers exposure to a prestigious client base in Australia and globally, providing an opportunity to work on some of the largest, most strategic and most complex matters, and to collaborate on cross-border matters with the firm's global network.

In this role, you will receive quality mentoring to assist your career development.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 3+ years' PAE and experience in a well-regarded firm, government or in-house environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A pragmatic, proactive and solutions-focused outlook.
• A desire to work on challenging and fulfilling matters and build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for employment law
